Production Director
McConnell Memorial Baptist Church – Hiawassee, Georgia
A thriving, multigenerational church in the beautiful North Georgia mountains is looking for a Production Director to join our growing team. McConnell Memorial Baptist Church, located in Hiawassee beside Lake Chatuge, is a vibrant and welcoming community where lives are being changed every week.
We hold two Sunday services — one Traditional and one Modern — and we’re seeking someone with a passion for excellence in worship production, teamwork, and technology to help lead and develop our production ministry.
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
The ideal candidate will:
Oversee all aspects of live production (audio, lighting, video, and broadcast).
Recruit, train, and schedule volunteer production teams.
Collaborate with Worship and Media staff to create distraction-free, engaging worship environments.
Maintain and improve production systems and equipment.
Provide leadership, vision, and spiritual encouragement to the team.
Qualifications:
Experience in live production (church or similar environment preferred).
Strong understanding of audio mixing, lighting, and video systems.
Leadership and team-building skills.
A heart for ministry and alignment with the mission and values of McConnell Church.
